Roles & Responsibilities: President will provide organizational leadership and direction to the organizations events and meetings. President will consist of an Executive Committee Board Member Agency Employee. Position will be selected on an annual basis by the voting body. Vice-President will assist and support President in organizations planning and authorization decisions. Vice-President will function as director of organization in absence of the President during meetings, events, and items of required authorization. Vice-President will consist of an Executive Committee Board Member Agency Employee. Vice-President will also serve as President-Elect if approved by voting body. Secretary will facilitate and maintain minutes during planning meeting. Secretary will be selected on an annual basis by voting body. Treasurer will facilitate all financial matters of the organization. Treasurer will be responsible for account maintenance and budget reporting. All
financial transactions must be approved by either the President or
Vice-President. Treasurer will be selected on an annual basis by voting
body. Executive Committee Board Members representatives will serve in planning, organizing, and hosting organization events. Representatives will also ensure all organization events will support guiding principles. Representatives will be selected on an annual basis by voting body. Alamo Area Disability Alliance voting body will consist of the current Chairperson, Treasurer, Executive Committee Board Members Representatives, Steering Committee Representatives, and any associate members who wish to vote.
